Description
The Region 8 Outreach Team will be highlighting the April 1, 2017, Flood Insurance Manual Changes in the regional webinar. We will be discussing the changes in the rates, how to use the multiplier tables, and clarifications on Pre-FIRM Substantially Improved Buildings. Our goal is to discuss how these changes will affect property owners and clients. The "extra something" will discuss the Grandfather Rule.
